(13) For architect-engineer projects and other projects for which product or service codes are not sufficient, provide brief information on: location, scope of services required, cost range and limits, type of contract, estimated start and completion dates and all material evaluation factors. (9) The proposed contractual measure is intended for perishable subsistence deliveries and notice is neither appropriate nor appropriate. The contract staff shall forward the summary of contract awards in the manner prescribed in point 5.207. (2) Provide the information provided on www.contractdirectory.gov/contractdirectory/ in accordance with the instructions on this website by 31. October 2003 for all contracts and other procurement instruments intended for use by more than one agency and awarded before 24 July 2003. (7) The proposed contractual measure is the result of the adoption of a proposal under the Small Enterprise Innovation Development Act 1982 (Pub.L.97-219); (4) Encourage participants interested in paragraph 8(a) to request a copy of the solicitation as soon as possible, as the solicitation will be issued without further notice once the BSO has accepted the application for the Program under Article 8(a). Where the proposed acquisition provides for the total or partial closure of a small business programme, or where the proposed acquisition provides for set-aside (see subsection 26.2), the contract agent shall indicate the type of set-aside in the summary and in the invitation.
